On April 28, 2023, Valley Energy filed for a revenue increase with the New York Public Service Commission for the Company’s New York Gas service area. The Company filed the requested rate relief to increase its annual revenues by $300,000, or 13.82% in total revenues. The Company’s last rate increase was in 2018. The Company requests that the changes to rates go into effect September 1, 2023.
